Prompt - "A village built over a lake"

On the discord server, I'm running with a few others, a member of the server posted a prompt called "A village built over a lake".

This started out as a small idea, only a kinda loose sketch in the vector of how I wanted to make it in photoshop. I started making it in vector again, but deleted it and thought "I'm just gonna draw it"... but out of nowhere, I started to add things, and more things... and the village came alive.

I would like to make the name more neon-like, but I couldn't get the right effect, so I dropped it.
I knew I wanted to make a fallout 4 glowing sea-inspired thing, that's why the green filter is on, but I also go the strong feelings of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack vibes from this when it was done.

The poster of the prompt talked me into doing a blue version, and I like blue, but at the end of the day, I love the greyscale!
