Creature design - 01 2019

This creature was made to be a beast/pet for my Viking character Bjork, but since she is already a tank of a person (And is gonna be a cyborg in the near future) my friend said to me "What about a bird instead?" so that's what I'm on now.

I just liked this beast so much I had to upload it here, the first picture is the version I'm going with, longer body, 6 legs, maybe a darker tone for the upper part of the body. He is a tough fella, living in a cave like a cliff area, hunting deers and such, he is at the size of a brown bear and can run up to the same speed. But mostly these are not a group animal, they live alone and will attack others of same race on site, unless its mating season.
